The Victoria Waterfalls in Zimbabwe – Zambia is the largest curtain of water in the world with 1,708 meters wide and this is the most spectacular natural wonders of the world. It drop between 90m and 107m into the Zambezi Gorge and every minute, the average of 550,000 cubic meters of water plummet over the edge.
The local people called it as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” because of the remarkable smoke that thunders and falls. With the towering column of spray when the river is high, the thunder of the falling water, the terrifying abyss and tranquil lagoons upstream manifested the great design. The remarkable natural state of Victoria Falls inspires visitors! And today, the falls and the surrounding area have been declared National Parks and a World Heritage Site!
